After a visit to the property and a meeting with the Owners Corporation, we prepare a customized proposal which contains the content of our services and a detailed budget. We welcome the new purchasers and keep all the details updated in every phase. The close relationship formed between our team and the new owners allows for a smooth and transparent process.
