We chair all meetings and offer advice on correct procedure and interpretation of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 and where necessary prepare and make submissions on behalf of your owners Corporation to the Strata Titles Commissioner. In general we cover all necessary functions to satisfy the requirements of the Strata Scheme Management Act 2015, the Property Stock & Business Agents Act as well as your own individual needs.
