PROCEDURE TO TERMINATE YOUR STRATA MANAGING AGENT

CONFIRM THE EXPIRY DATE OF YOUR CURRENT MANAGEMENT AGENCY AGREEMENT

IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF STRATA COMMITTEE –
CONSTRUCT A LETTER OF REQUISITION TO CONVENE AN EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING FOR THE PURPOSE OF TERMINATING THE CURRENT MANAGING AGENT. THIS LETTER MUST BE SIGNED/REQUESTED BY AT LEAST 50% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF STRATA COMMITTEE MEMBERS.

IF YOU ARE A LOT OWNER OF THE OWNERS CORPORATION –
CONSTRUCT A LETTER OF REQUISITION TO CONVENE AN EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING FOR THE PURPOSE OF TERMINATING THE CURRENT MANAGING AGENT. THIS LETTER MUST BE SIGNED/REQUESTED BY AT LEAST 25% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF FINANCIAL LOT OWNERS WITH A UNIT ENTITLEMENT. (LETTER OF REQUISITION FORM)

ON THE DATE OF THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING, THE MOTIONS TABLED AT THE MEETING AGENDA MUST BE RESOLVED, AND A TERMINATION NOTICE CAN THEN BE SERVED, SUBJECT TO THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT AGENCY AGREEMENT. THEN ADVISE YOUR CURRENT AGENT TO CLOSE THE BOOKS AND RECORDS AND HAND THEM OVER TO THE NEW AGENT.
